Dmitry Kirichenko was confirmed as Ufa`s senior coach

Dmitry Kirichenko is confirmed as the senior coach of the Russian Ufa football club, the club`s press service announced. The contract of the 41-year-old specialist is for a year and a half. Since November 7, Kirichenko has served as the senior coach of the team and previously was part of the headquarters. Under his leadership, Ufa had one defeat in four games and occupied 14th in the 16-point ranking. His coaching experience includes work as assistant to FC Rostov in 2014-2017, when Kurban Berdiev was headed, and in 2016 shortly he was again a temporary senior coach. Under his direction FC Rostov entered the group stage of the Champions League for the first time in his history. Then he was appointed Leonid Kuchuk as a senior coach of the Rostovschi, and in December 2017 he was again a temporary senior coach. This season he is in UFA and will now be at the head of the Bashkortostan team in their attempts to save themselves from falling.

As a football player, Kirichenko plays as a striker and is currently third in the ranks of the Russian Premier League top scorers with 128 goals. (143) and Aleksandar Kerzhakova (129). Kirichenko ranks fifth in the most played matches in the league mentioned by questions for tipsters for all time.
